Thanks for joining me!
Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton
It’s been a bit of a journey over the past 18 months to finally build up the courage, as well as organise myself enough, to share with the world my writing plans. But I’m finally here and so very ready for 2019 releases.
For the past five years at least, author friends have bombarded me with the killer question: Have you ever thought about writing? My answer has always been yes, but my rarely shared response is: I’ve actually been writing for years.
From writing across the subgenres of romance over the years, I’ve finally found my home, the place, or rather the genre, I’m finally happy to write regularly, so much so, in December 2018, I made the public announcement on my private page.
I am taking on the pen name Becca Seymour and will be writing LGBT romance, initially with a focus on contemporary M/M romance. And you know what? I LOVE it! Finally focused and motivated, the words have been flowing beautifully. Two novels and one novella is complete, a second novella is almost done, a fabulous super-secret project with an author I adore is in the planning stage, and I have so many ideas floating around in my head, I’m just eager to continue.
My first four releases coming out this year are all contemporary romance, all low angst, all sweet (and a little bit sexy), and hopefully, all books that can offer you escapism. I can’t wait to share them with you all.
