The release day nightmare begins.

If you've preordered, you may have received the bonus content rather than the actual book. If this is you, I am so sorry. I have been in contact with Amazon and asked for them to send you the correct copy. If you don't receive the correct copy, I believe you should be able to push the updated file to your Kindle via your dashboard. This may take a few hours, as I'm still waiting for Amazon to respond to my message, but rest assured, I'm doing everything humanly possible to correct this error.
